Bookings must be cancelled if you can no longer attend.

Bookings are limited to 8 people per 1-hour slot. You may arrive before the start time and stay longer — that’s not a problem. Bookings ensure a steady flow of users, so you can maximise your time in the gym.

Sign in when you arrive and sign out before you leave.

Ensure you keep a phone fully charged and to hand in case of emergency.

Bring a towel. Please wipe sweat off the equipment after use; don’t leave it for others — in this case, sharing isn’t caring. Wipes are available.
Please do not bang the equipment or drop the dumbells.

The protective floor in the large room has been damaged. Please use the crash pads if you are lifting heavier weights. These are located next to the sandbags / glute drive. Banging equipment also causes damage to the equipment. Please conrol your reps. Appreciated.

Return all plates and attachments after use.
