ALL CLASSES ARE TERM TIME ONLY

Group personal training
Our premier group personal training program is dedicated to strength training. In just 30 minutes of anaerobic exercise, you'll make the most of your gym time. On designated days, we concentrate on specific areas to support your training plan effectively.​​

7am upper body

9:30am upper body

Wednesday

7am total body

9:30am total body
