Kelly Brooksbank

I’m a Women’s Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer.

I help women achieve their Health and Fitness goals, transform their mindset and feel their best both mentally and physically. I also specialise in Pre and Postnatal fitness, helping mum’s to get back into exercise after having their baby or to keep exercising safely while pregnant. I believe the key to reaching your goals is through your mindset, accountability and having a workout routine that you enjoy.

I genuinely welcomed the input from Kelly. I had wanted to return to the gym for some time but having taken time out during Covid and the increase in my weight I felt that I did not have the confidence to just join a gym again. Working with Kelly made me realise that I was able to exercise again and also enjoy some time for myself. Kelly listened to me and incorporated my strengths whilst encouraging me in the areas where I needed support. I never felt judged, only supported. The workouts that Kelly designed for me where all achievable but also pushed me hard. the breakdown of the programme meant that I never felt out of my depth and I never got bored as I knew each exercise was part of a circuit. I would really recommend Kelly to anybody out there that really does want to make a change but just not sure where to start!

I have really enjoyed working with Kelly. I absolutely love that I got structured workout plans specific to my goals. My favourite part, they are all on an app for me to follow as I’m working out and there’s an option to download and print them too. My confidence in the gym has improved massively and Kelly has kept me accountable and challenged me which has been great for my consistency and building my healthy habits. I’ve been able to increase the weights I use and improved my scores in my fitness test which I was absolutely over the moon with. Kelly is really knowledgeable and has answered any questions I’ve had as I’ve been going through my plans. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t want (no burpees) and tailored everything to suit me. I genuinely look forward to going to the gym now and can’t wait to carry on working towards my goals with Kelly’s guidance.

Kelly is a lovely, motivating PT. From our initial introduction call she was clear on how the weeks of training would go and asked me what I wanted out of the sessions. Our sessions together were structured and it was very clear that she had taken into account what I had asked to focus on. I was pushed during the sessions and they started to get challenging which was great to see. She was motivating and encouraging. I think the fact that her focus is on women and pre/post natal it’s niche and she is able to connect with her clients. It was nice to know it wasn’t just me who had experienced certain things after birth! Thank you for the time we trained together, you have really helped me focus on my goals and motivated me to keep going in the gym.
