This keeps your nutrition practical, budget-friendly, and easy to stick to — even with a busy lifestyle.

Your Personal Training Plan

Every participant receives their own structured training plan, complete with exercise tutorials. These tutorials cover the same movements trained in your Group PT sessions, helping you build confidence, learn proper form, and stay consistent.

This also means that if you cannot make a class, you’re never left without a plan — you’ll know exactly what to do.

To support your progress, you’ll have full 24/7 access to my private boutique gym for the entire programme. The space is purpose-built for focused training and capped at a limited number of members.
